Early variety that is sweet tasting. Thin outside skin that makes it great for salad and cold slaws. Bulbs are huge and does well under heat in high tunnel or fabric or field. Highly resistance to bolting.
Planting Tip: Start indoors 4-6 weeks before planting date. Fall crop does well.
Harvesting Tip: Harvest when the stem is easily visible above the soil. Harvest when tender as to not let the plant become woody.
Storage Tip: Remove leaves and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
