Early variety that is sweet tasting. Thin outside skin that makes it great for salad and cold slaws. Bulbs are huge and does well under heat in high tunnel or fabric or field. Highly resistance to bolting.
Companion plants: Beets, Bush Beans, Celery, Cucumber, Lettuce, Herbs, Onion, Potato, Thyme, Nasturtium. 
Far from: Pole Beans, Strawberry, Pepper, Tomato.
Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 12H is recommended for improved germination. Start indoors 4-6 weeks before planting date. Fall crop does well.
Harvesting tip: Harvest when the stem is easily visible above the soil. Harvest when tender, otherwise plant becomes woody.
Storage tip: Remove leaves and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Variété précoce au goût sucré. La peau extérieure est fine, ce qui le rend idéal pour les salades et les salades de chou. Les bulbes sont énormes et se comportent bien à la chaleur dans un tunnel, dans une toile ou dans un champ. Très résistant à la montaison.
Plantes compagnes: Betterave, haricot buissonnier, céleri, concombre, laitue, fines herbes, oignon, patate, thym, capucine.
Loin de: Haricot à rames, fraise, poivron, tomate.
Ensemencement: Le trempage dans l’eau chaude pendant 12H maximum est recommandé pour améliorer la germination. Commencez à l’intérieur 4-6 sem. avant la date de plantation. La récolte d’automne est bonne.
Récolte: Récoltez lorsque la tige est facilement visible au-dessus du sol. Récolter quand il est tendre, sinon la plante devient ligneuse
Entreposage: Retirer les feuilles et Conservez au réfrigérateur jusqu’à 3 semaines.
