Plant height varies between16-28”. Attractive large single blooms in colors of Scarlet-white, yellow-reds, apricots, and oranges. Semi doubled blossoms composed of cupped and pointed rays in solid or bicolor tones. Saturated plants crested with 3-4” blooms that make for an excellent cut flower.
Planting tip: Sow seeds indoors 8 weeks before planting outside. Transplant them in well-drained soil. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering. Lift tubers after the first frosts and store them in a cool, dry situation until March. Then pot them up and keep them in a temperate greenhouse before planting out in late May.
Harvesting tip: Harvest when the flowers are fully open. Leaves are also edible.

La hauteur de la plante varie entre 16-28″. Grandes fleurs attirantes de couleur blanc-écarlate, jaune-rouge, abricot et orange. Fleurs semi-doubles aux pétales en forme de rayons recourbés et pointus, dans des tons unis ou bicolores. Ces plants abondants sont couronnés de fleurs de 3-4″. Très jolie fleur coupée.
Ensemencement: Semer les graines à l’intérieur 8 sem. avant de les planter à l’extérieur. Transplantez-les dans un sol bien drainé. Supprimez régulièrement les fleurs fanées pour prolonger la floraison. Soulevez les tubercules après les premières gels et conservez-les dans un endroit frais et sec jusqu’en mars. Ensuite, rempotez-les et conservez-les dans une serre tempérée avant de les planter à la fin mai.
