Ripens from green, to purple and almost nearly black, to then a blood red. Produce lavender flowers and 2” fruit size. It will be noticeably sweeter than the other Jalapenos. Heat Level: 2,500 – 8,000 SHUs.
Companion plants: Alliums, Basil, Tomato, Spinach, Oregano, Marjoram, Nasturtium, Marigold. 
Far from: Beans, Brassicas, Fennel.
Planting tip: Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before planting date. For best results harden off at 18-19°C
Harvesting tip: Ready to harvest as soon as they’ve achieved their final colour. Harvest first fruit promptly to stimulate production.
Storage tip: Store at 10-12°C w/ relative humidity of 95%

La couleur du piment passe du vert au violet et presque au noir, puis au rouge sang. Produit des fleurs lavande et des fruits de 2″. Il sera sensiblement plus doux que les autres piments Jalapeno. Niveau de chaleur : 2,500 – 8,000 SHUs.
Plantes compagnes: Alliums, Basilic, Tomate, Épinard, Origan, Marjolaine, capucine, tagète.
Loin de: Fèves, Brassicassés, Fenouil.
Ensemencement: Semer à l’intérieur 6 à 8 sem. avant la date de plantation. Pour un meilleur résultat, faites-les endurcir à 18-19°C
Récolte: Prêts à être récoltés dès leur couleur finale atteinte. Récolter promptement afin de stimuler la production.
Entreposage: Stockez à 10-12°C avec humidité relative de 95%.
