White, round, mild, crisp radish, sweet when small spicier as grows. Introduced in the 1880s, was commonly grown in windows boxes in Philadelphia at the time.
Companion plants: Carrot, Lettuce, Beans, Beet, Cabbage, Kale, Nasturtium, Alliums, Spinach, Squash, Cucumber. 
Far from: Melon, Turnip, Pumpkin, Sunflower, Potato, Hyssop.
Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 12H is recommended for improved germination. Direct seed as soon as the soil can be worked. Plant in fall so to mature on the first day of frost.
Harvesting tip: Harvest when radish stops to hold well in soil.
Storage tip: Cut the tops off to keep well for 3-4 weeks at 1-2°C w/ 85-90% humidity in aerated containers.

Radis blanc, rond, doux, croquant, doux quand il est petit, plus piquant en grandissant. Introduit dans les années 1880, était couramment cultivé dans les boîtes de fenêtre à Philadelphie à l’époque.
Plantes compagnes: Carotte, Laitue, Haricot, Betterave, Chou, Chou frisé, Capucine, Alliums, Épinard, Courge, Concombre.
Loin de: Melon, navet, citrouille, tournesol, pomme de terre, Hysope.
Ensemencement: Le trempage dans l’eau chaude pendant 12H maximum est recommandé pour améliorer la germination. Entreposage: Couper les fanes pour qu’elles se conservent bien pendant 3-4 semaines à 1-2°C avec 85-90% d’humidité dans des récipients aérés.
