Asparagus is a perennial vegetable that has a famous assortment creating long green spears. Tastes incredible and has been the most mainstream asparagus in nurseries for longer than a century.
Companion plants: Tomato, Basil, Parsley, Calendula, Petunia, Marigold. 
Far from: Alliums, Potato.
Planting tip: Soaking in warm water for up to 12H is recommended for improved germination. Start seeds indoors 10 to 12 weeks before last frost. Soak seeds in water for up to 24H before sowing. Once plants reach 12″ in height, harden them off outdoors for a week.
Harvesting tip: Light harvest in 2nd year, then regular harvesting at the beginning of the third year.

L’asperge est un légume vivace célèbre dont la couronne de racines produit de longues lances vertes comestibles. Son goût est merveilleux et cette variété est la plus populaire dans les pépinières depuis plus d’un siècle.
Plantes compagnes: Tomate, Basilic, Persil, Calendule, Pétunia, Tagète.
Loin de: Alliums, Patate.
Ensemencement: Le trempage dans l’eau chaude pendant 12H maximum est recommandé pour améliorer la germination. Démarrer les graines à l’intérieur 10 à 12 sem. avant le dernier gel. Faites tremper les graines dans l’eau jusqu’à 24H avant de les semer. Une fois que les plantes atteignent 12″ de hauteur, les enendurcir à l’extérieur pendant une semaine.
Récolte: Récolte légère en 2ème année, puis récolte régulière au début de la troisième année.
