High yielding habanero turns green to orange when maturing. 325,000 Scoville Heat Units. Bonnet-shaped scorcher is a key ingredient in Jamaican ‘jerk’ sauce. Grows remarkably well for our cool northeast climate.

Planting Tip: Sow seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before planting date. For best result harden off at 18-19°C

Harvesting Tip: Harvest first fruit promptly to further stimulate fruit production. For colored pepper wait another 2-4 weeks for maturation.

Storage Tip: Store at 10-12°C with a relative humidity of 95%
